My group's topic is "B rank gourmet".

Ai Kawahara : Ramen and Motsunabe
Pork bones ramen is famous for Fukuoka and there are many shops of the motsunabe in Hakata.

Haruki Kashimori : Shirokoro hormone
Shirokoro hormone is local specialties of Kanagawa. Shirokoro is the name of the part of the pig.
His presentation's good point was showing picture.

I talked about Ikinaridango. It is local specialties of Kumamoto. It wraps a sweet potato and azuki bean paste in the dough of flour, and is the steamed sweets.
